    HOW DOES THE MY WASH MEMBERSHIP APP WORK?
    The My Wash Club App allows customers to manage their car wash services, including their monthly wash pass. It provides access to washes and ancillary service credits (where available) and automatically renews each month until canceled by the customer via the app.

    CAN I CANCEL MY MONTHLY WASH PASS AT ANY TIME?
    Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time directly through the app. However, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL AND RE-ENROLL WITHIN 30 DAYS?
    If you cancel your subscription and re-enroll within 30 days, your re-enrollment date will align with your previous subscription cycle, and you will be billed as a continuation of the prior month.

    CAN I USE MY MONTHLY WASH PASS FOR MULTIPLE VEHICLES?
    No, the monthly wash pass is valid for one vehicle only.

    ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THE MONTHLY WASH PASS?
    Yes, the monthly wash pass cannot be used with other discounts or promotions. Additionally, the service is subject to availability and may be impacted by adverse weather conditions or maintenance closures.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CAR WASH IS CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE OR BAD WEATHER?
    The operator reserves the right to close the car wash without notice for maintenance or adverse weather conditions. These closures do not qualify for refunds or credits.

    WILL I RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT MY ACCOUNT OR PROMOTIONS?
    Yes, by enrolling, you consent to receive email and text communications regarding your account, car wash updates, and marketing activity. You can unsubscribe at anytime, but unsubscribing may result in losing access to automated alerts about your account.

    WHAT DATA DOES THE APP COLLECT, AND HOW IS IT USED?
    The app collects information such as services, app analytics, notification services, payment details, and personal information (name, phone, and email). THis data is used for account management, car wash operations and marketing proposes.

    The My Wash Membership App provides for the management of car wash services. Monthly wash passes provide a package of washes and ancillary service credits where available on a monthly basis in each month that the pass is renewed. The monthly wash pass automatically renews until Customer cancels the service via the app. Should the user exceed their number of automatic bay washes, a renewal of their wash pass will be charged on that day, and that day will be their new monthly wash pass renewal date.

    Operator reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program as it feels necessary. Membership can be canceled at any time. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. Operators reserve the right to close the wash at times due to adverse weather conditions or due to maintenance with or without notice.

    The monthly wash pass price is per vehicle washed at our facilities. Customer understands that washing another vehicle with your monthly wash pass will result in that vehicle being added to your monthly wash pass multi-vehicle plan automatically and agrees to the associated increase in monthly charges. By enrolling in the monthly wash pass program, I agree that the credit/debit card provided can be charged automatically via auto renewal. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related charges, whether as described in my agreement with the card issuer or otherwise. I agree that my enrollment with my email address and cell phone number is my explicit consent to receive communication email and text messaging from the company regarding my wash pass account and car wash operations and updates including marketing activity. I can unsubscribe from these messages at any time through standard cancel/unsubscribe practices and I understand that if I cancel/unsubscribe, I will lose access to automated alerts regarding my account.

    Information collected by the app and its use includes location services access, app analytics, notification services, credit card payment information, payment history, name, phone, and email. The monthly wash pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. By subscribing to the monthly wash pass service, I hereby grant the car wash operator, and its supplier, Dencar Technology Inc, non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that Dencar Technology Inc will own such Images and further grant the Dencar Technology permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to its business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by Dencar Technology prior to its use. I forever release and hold Dencar Technology harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
